Vintage 1970s Dress Orange Hipster Size Large

The colors in this dress are fantastic! I also love how the sleeves have an elastic in them and under the bust line is a draw string. It could change shapes from straight to an empire waist. The material feels like cotton. The dress appears to had been homemade. The buttons are purple and shiny. It is really a cool piece. I imagine it with tights and boots. How would you wear it?
