This is a Sample Handbag from 2008 that has never been reproduced. Beautiful woven floral with burst of turquoise, rust and gold, all on a chocolate brown background. No wonder that this is one of my favorite and most memorable fabrics! The leather used is also very special to me. A nice smooth wine and caramel brown color have the same buttery texture and feel. I love to feature contrasting leathers that compliment, when I am able to do so. She is fully lined in an raw olive silk with interior zippered pocket for personals. Two brass rings connect the two toned leather strap to bag. Front ruffled two toned leather flap has no closure, but seems to lie flat. There is front and back pleating at the top for design detail. This beauty is also trimmed in leather and has leather binding in the body for structure. This handbag is structured, allowing itself to "sit" or "stand" on its own.
This handbag measures 16" the the widest point, 11 1/2" tall with a 19" strap length and 11" drop.
Because this purse was only made this once, she doesn't have a name. I would love to make another one, but for now, I will sell this one and think about some changes for a future one to come.

This handbag is in my "OOPS" category because of the rough stitching, the short binding piece and the seam in the binding. It is still a quality product but it is sold at a reduced price because of these flaws.
