This is the Celestial Angel Royal Blue Velvet Flocked Fascinator,and is perfect when you don't want a full hat, but need something pretty and easy to wear. The little Victorian Inspired Cadet shape is unique, and it boasts a vintage 1980's Angel pin at the front, with three feathers cascading upward. The little Cherub Angels are holding a center Faux Sapphire Gem aloft, with faux pearl accents, and a teardrop faux pearl dangles from the point. The back has a bow ribbon in the same fabric, with a tiny sheer ribbon bow in the center. The fabric is heavy matte satin in a rich royal blue, with velvet flocked stars in black.

Fully lined, it has a clip attachment, but ribbons or elastic is easily added, just note this in comments section of your purchase and any or all will be added free of charge.
