it features a metallic silver and black fabric with a scroll work patterned spider in the center front, and two more, one on either side. Foliate designs surround this little arachnid and he will make sure you are the center of attention. This is a small version of a Traditional Top Hat shape.
Hat is held in place with elastic attachment that is easily hidden in your hair, clips or ribbons also available upon request. This design is also available in different sizes, or different patterns.
