We love, love, love this pattern from Sweetwater! It looks easy to make (I'll let you know when I get one finished) and uses the following supplies:
Bag Outside and Handles: 1 yard fabric
Bag Lining and Front Pocket: 2/3 yards fabric
Inserts: 2 Fat Quarters and 1 Fat Eighth
Batting: 1 yard (I like fusible batting)
****Here's a tip: buy some medium to heavy weight canvas and cut it out with your batting. It adds that "store bought" body to bags you make.****
We love to do international shipping but please contact me before you buy so that I can give you the shipping cost for your destination.
Don't forget to check our shop for great fabric to make your Peggy Sue bag. I'm going to make several of these in holiday fabrics--I think that will be really fun!
