I date it from the 1950s to maybe the early 70s, but I'm guessing closer to the former.
The cuffs snap close and there is a hidden zipper in the front of the dress, with more snaps to help keep it hidden. The bow is not removable and could use an ironing. The front pockets are not real, either
The dress is lined, and very warm with room to be shortened. There's plenty of hem on the inside to make it longer, if you wish (personally, I think it will look adorable even shorter.)
NOTE I bought this dress as is and it must've just been pulled out of a trunk as it was very sooty and dirty. I shook it out very well and let it air out outside so the smell is basically gone and a lot of the loose dirt is gone, but this dress needs to be dry cleaned, or at least handwashed with a gentle soap.
MEASUREMENTS:
Bust - ~36 inches. May fit up to 38, but it may be uncomfrotable
Waist - ~35 inches, best to stay under that.
Hips ~ 38 inches
Wrist - 8 inches
Length - 34 inches total
Sleeve - 22 inches
