This is an open crown Pirate Hat in Light Purple with two very large Ostrich plumes in white. It is velvet with a border of satin ribbon in darker purple that is bordered with white lace. One size fits all, and is held in place with clips. Great for Fairs or Halloween, or whenever you are in a Pirate-y mood. Very light, very feminine, and one of a kind.
