The surface of the ring has been left unglazed, giving a beautiful, tactile surface.
It is very easy to clean, just rub gently in luke warm soapy water.
The process requires 3 firings with the highest being porcelain temperature which increases the durability of the ring, but we do recommend treating the ring with some care as you would any ceramic object. Moving stacks of heavy books, participating in sporting activities, vigorous clapping and other such tasks are not ideal activities to carry out while wearing the ring.
Please note, as all the rings are handmade, there may be small differences to the one you will receive, but each will be equally lovely!
