This rose is a peachy pink color. Almost like carnation pink or a salmony pink. It is made with glass czech seed beads that are pink colorlined topaz with a luster coating. So they are very shiny and have a beautiful golden glow when light hits them just right. (I have added a close-up pic so you can see the subtle golden glow in the light. You wont be disapppointed in their brilliance!) There are 7 calyx leaves on under the rose head and 10 leaves (2 sets of 5) all made with Toho matte moss green beads. Very complimentary to the rose color.

The stem of this rose, as well as the leaf stems, are wrapped with lovely rayon floss that creates a more stunning appearance and has an elegant sheen to it. The rose is created to "stand alone." Thus no vase is needed. Problem solved!! Each flower is unique and will never compare to another.
Many flowers I make can be manipulated to stand freely without needing a vase. Some cannot due to their sleek build that looks nicer in a vase or laying flat. But roses are very versatile and I can make several types of the flower and they can have a long stem or short and be manipulated to create a fabulous sculpture.
