White vintage metal zippers frame a clear lucite retractable badge reel backing, along with a handy swivel alligator clip. A set of cutie pie twins are having their bath in a mound of bubbly bubbles. White flatback pearls have been individually added for extra cuteness along with some acrylic bubbles. A clear Swavorski crystal has been lovingly placed on the snap closure.
Badge reel will retract to almost 3 feet.
