It's an ear cuff, it's a stud earring, it's dripping with beads, it's a single earring because really...one is probably enough!
Inspired by the prairie lands where I grew up... days spent wandering in flax fields, evenings spent burning the fields with my grandpa and dad to prepare them for the coming season. The circular buds that house flax seeds (one of my grandpas favorite crops) were the major inspiration for this piece. They look remarkably like the crimped gold tone beads I used in this design.
The chain used for the main part of the earrings is an amazing twisted chain with a gold tone finish. The beads used are glass (white beads), crimped metal (large gold tone beads) and brass (small antique brass coloured beads).
The post is steel and comes with a rubber backing, both of which are recommended for people with metal allergies. The cuff is raw brass. Please note the earring in the first image has a clip on earring instead of a cuff however please refer to the detail shots for a better view of the cuff. If you have multiple piercings and would prefer to have two studs instead of the cuff, let me know in the "Comments to Seller" section of checkout, it's no problem to make the change.
