You're looking at a stunning tabletop organizer -- great for jewelry (a ring perhaps?) or office supplies or just to admire. This piece is cast in opaque turquoise industrial strength urethane from a vintage carved monkeypod dish. The dish is opaque and super brilliant and rich in color. PLEASE NOTE however that the color is a bit darker in person than it may look in most photos -- the closest is shown in photo one with the green dish for comparison.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS DISH/ORGANIZER:
1) NOT food safe! This particular urethane is NOT safe for food, so don't even try it. However, it will look just dandy holding paperclips, sticky notes, bottle caps, needles and thread, earrings and rings -- you name it.
2) Measures 10" x 6" x 1.25"
3) Extremely durable, as all Dave Sheely Designs pieces are.
4) Because this was cast from a vintage carved piece, there WILL be slight nicks, woodgrain, etc. in the final project. We will give the edges a sanding and make sure it's up to our standards, but know that this is not a smooth, glossy piece.
