A somber but sassy lil tutu for everyday wear. Made from layers of stretchy cotton lycra and fine black bridal tulle.

Made for you in your size, please leave the following measurements upon purchase.
~Upper hip/low waist (taken around where you will wear the waistband, approx 6-8cms (2.5-3") below your navel
~*Hip (at widest taken around your behind)

Length is 40cms at front, 55cms at back.

Stock tulle colours are black, or white. Other colours can be arranged, please message me with an enquiry.
