One hemp lumbar pillow cover {no insert} handprinted with a trellis block print pattern {designed by me} in a chocolate brown on the front of the cover. The off-white hemp fabric has a lovely {sturdy} weight and texture and is generously sized {12"x21"} with an invisible zipper along the bottom for easy removal and cleaning. The back of the pillow cover is off-white with no pattern.
