The 2 carat crystal clear, round, faceted Herkimer diamond, was discovered and mined in Herkimer, New York. It is absolutely beautiful and actually a member of the quartz family. They are thought to enhance energy levels and assist with dream recall. A magical member of the mineral world, they are treasured worldwide~
The setting for your Herkimer diamond is created specifically for each stone. it is pure recycled silver and embraces the stone on all sides. The ring in the photos is the ring that you will receive. The stone setting measures 9mm in diameter.
The band width measures 4mm. This band is not stamped wire, the shape is created by my hands. I use precious metal clay, which is 100% recycled and reclaimed. It allows me to hand make each part of the ring. Each ring is shaped, fused in a kiln, tumbled, polished, oxidized and tumbled again.
This ring is a size 6 3/4 and can be resized up to a size 7.
