A Rhapsody In Midnight...This was the phrase that came to mind when I first saw this incredible cabochon.
Wonderfully patterned with white lines running in a slight diagonal path across the surface, this stone seems to echo the wonders of outer space~ (Also, a VERY glossy stone, witness that you can see my camera on the surface of the stone in the pictures!) I’ve set this ring with a sterling silver bezel and embellished simply with texture and three sterling silver beads placed strategically on the sterling silver back plate to complement the pattern of the stone. A slightly wider sterling silver band is soldered to the back, slightly contoured to hug your finger gently and appoint this stone wonderfully on your finger. I've bathed the ring in a patina and rubbed her gently for a lovely satin finish.
