It's reversed from some of my other earring designs; instead of the dangle hanging from the lobe earring post, it dangles from the ear cuff. It's made from silver-colored aluminum rings that connect from the lobe to the cartilage. The beads are red glass and the heart bead is silver-colored metal. The ear cuff is 6mm wide and silver-plated (this slides on and isn't pierced), and the earring posts are silver-colored metal.
The chain is 2" (5.1 cm) long and the dangle from the ear cuff is about 3/4" (1.9 cm).

This is for one earring that can be worn in either ear.
**Do you have your cartilage pierced?**
For no additional cost, I can switch out the slip-on cuff with another pierced post like most of the other earrings in my shop have. Here's an example:
