I have a matching pair of these in my own personal collection - I wear a single coil on one wrist, and a double on the other. They're among my very favorite pieces, and I give this piece my highest recommendation.

* I have seen references to advertisements of Forstner snake bracelets from the year 1947, but have only actually seen the print copies with supple snake chains from this year. I believe the coil bracelets predate these. Forstner was established in 1920, and during the 20s, snake coil bracelets like these were a favorite among flappers (see the postcard image of a flapper wearing such a piece).
