All ID cards come with your photo, Name, Department, Birth Date, Eye Color, Hair Color, Weight and Height on it.
Or you can get the ID of your favorite Witch or Wizard. They are printed on Heavy cardstock and parchment paper. The finger prints are pre-printed.
Don't be caught without your ID! In these troubled times, no one wants to be brought before the Ministry for examination!
