STYLE: Extra long, high quality wig in a vibrant cherry red color with very thick, dramatic swoop bangs and beautiful, full waves. Wig has lots of body and movement and though the fiber looks to be one color, it is actually a blend of 3 colors making it one of the most natural looking synthetic bright red shades on the market. This is a Traci Hines original-I've personally developed this style, and created this wig to be uniquely suited for character cosplay, performing and photo shoots.
WHY IT'S COUTURE: This wig is not ready-made. Each wig is created specifically for its owner, and no two are exactly alike. Photos are only examples of what the wig can look like, depending on color & styling preferences. Photos show 3 examples of different custom wigs. They all have the general look in common, but were designed with different face shapes in mind. (Your wig will be made to compliment your unique face shape and features!) Wig fiber is high quality synthetic.
My wigs are made not only to resemble the character of your choice, but also to compliment the wearer. The buyer's face shape, skin tone and personal preferences are taken into account with all wig commissions, so your wig will be uniquely yours. (Though it is not necessary, it is highly recommended that you send a profile and portrait style photo when purchasing so your wig can be designed with your specific features in mind).
YOUR PREFERENCE: These photos show the large dramatic bang/fringe style. This is my personal recommendation and the most requested, however, there are a lot of variations in style with this wig. Some prefer more natural looking bangs and some want them larger with lots of volume. Wig is great to go alongside mermaid costumes, and also doubles as a sexy vixen wig. I can also create this bang style in a very long one sided bang a la' Jessica Rabbit. Let me know your styling preferences when purchasing.
HUMAN HAIR OPTION: This style was originated on a human hair wig, and this is the modified synthetic version for public sale that looks similar but is at a more realistic price point. I can create this wig in a human hair version, which is the best option for film, television and professional use, however this option is at a significantly higher price point. Please contact me for more information about human hair wigs if you're interested.
ACCESSORIES: Besides couture wig styling, I also specialize in mermaid themed accessories and adornments for hair, also couture, and made with ocean elements and precious notions such as freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals. If you plan to use this wig with a mermaid costume, ask about adding an accessory to your wig order! THE NITTY GRITTY: Wig ships out on a styrofoam wig head and is packed as securely and carefully as possible!
SHIPPING: Most wigs will ship within 1 to 2 months. Rush orders (1 to 2 week turnaround) are sometimes available for an additional fee if I can fit you in. Please inquire before purchasing if you have a deadline you need to meet.

ORDER PROCESS: Once the customer has purchased their wig listing, I will contact them via Etsy's messaging system to discuss styling preferences and obtain reference images. (If the customer does not respond within one week, supplies will be ordered and the wig will be styled according to the listing photos). The wait time will vary, depending on the speed of customer communication, supply orders, the number of orders in queue, and difficulty/time it takes to actually create the style. Once the wig has been created, photos will be sent to customer via Etsy's messaging system for approval. Wig will be shipped out upon approval, or after 4 to 5 days if no response. Once a wig has been shipped I cannot take any returns or exchanges due to health concerns, as I cannot re-sell a wig to another customer not having known its care or sanitation.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA & CANADA: I will ship outside the USA & Canada, however price quotes will vary depending on where you are, so if you are interested in this wig but not able to purchase from this listing, contact me for your shipping rate and options. If you agree to the quoted shipping charges, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase from. International customers must also provide a telephone number as US customs forms now require it.
