A few years back, my niece gave me a tin mold of a teddy bear on a ribbon. I used it as a decoration until a few days ago!
I was searching for something ELSE and instead found some cotton linter paper that I had bought years ago. My brain went into high gear and I decided to see how it would work in the bear mold......
These little bears were given bright bow ties and jaunty clown hats made out of silk by a friend of mine. The hats are all trimmed with fun stuff that I think makes them adorable! The hats are the perfect accessory to wear when you have to hang on the wall entertaining children, lol!
Each is about 5" tall without their hats and all are hand painted in gouache and then sealed with a high quality Martha Stewart Paper Sealer. They have a few flecks of glitter here and there, which I think just adds to their charm.
I have put them on a ribbon, but if you wanted to, you could take them off the ribbon and put them in a 3D picture frame .....
