So just remember 4 Liters of milk (1 gallon) makes:
30 batches makes, 300 grams in each batch for $30.
That's $1 per batch of cheese.
Inside you'll find: a recipe, rennet, citric acid, salt and cheese cloth. And we put some special attention into our hand crafted packaging.
Remember, the only thing not included is the thermometer but you can pick one up at your local grocery store (range 80F to 200F approx.).
