The skull base is covered in white felt. Hand sewn ears have white fabric with faint pink roses printed on them. Underneath, a comb is attached to hold the headband in place. The headband attaches with four long cords of leather, which are tied around the base of the skull, up over the headband, and finally knotted at the base of the head. There are tiny holes drilled on the tips of the antlers if you would like to string pearls or crystals between the tines.
Experiences wearing deer antlers:
This headband IS heavy, and wearers should use caution when wearing it, as it is tall and may snag on chandeliers, doorways, and low hanging branches. For extra stability, wearers may choose to don a wig so that the counter weight of the antlers pull on the roots of the wig.
