It zips up the back and has a high round neck and diagonal darts at the bust. The neck and arms are trimmed with solid white fabric.
This was separated from it's belt at some point but the sewn in loops remain.

No size listed. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this is a bit snug on me. I'd estimate this to be on the small side of a medium; probably comparable to a modern size 8.
