Vintage Pushup Salt and Pepper Shakers

These are some odd vintage Japanese salt and pepper shakers. They appear to be two people doing pushups. I'm pretty darn sure the one in the red shirt is a man. However, I'm not so sure about the person in the green shirt. On one hand, the person has what appears to be breasts and earrings. On the other hand, their hair is cut like Moe from the Three Stooges and the clothing is masculine. Is it a man? A woman? Meat Loaf's character from "Fight Club"? A guy who's had too many steroids? I don't know. Either way, this is an interesting pair of vintage salt and pepper shakers for either someone who is into exercise or likes unusual things, or both.
