Hi there! This hand beaten cone ring is inset with lapis turquoise and coral. It seems to be a size 8 and would work much better as a hair ornament I think. I didn't put it fully on my finger as it is so big it gets stuck! It measures 2 1/2 inches from the tip to the back of the ring.Made piece by Kuchi Pashtuns a nomadic peoples in what is now Afghanistan. I put the 50s but it could be much older. It is the same size as the other one which ended up selling locally. Notice the insets of lapis tears in the front and back of the ring setting. The traditional form of making jewelry pieces was out of melting down coins so while I know it has some silver content have no idea how much. Very few of these pieces can legitimately be sold as solid silver because of that. I am not interested in wholesaling these The piece is oxidized with age which I think looks the best but if you wanted you could clean it. I live rural have animals and burn cedar tobacco and other herbs in my living room so if you think that would effect you please don't bid [keep in mind any and all these types of pieces have come from nomads that have lived much worse however these pieces carry no bad odors] I include tracking with first class shipping. If multiple items are purchased at same time will charge once for the highest shipping item and next are shipped with it for free.
