The earrings were cut from flat sheets of a porcelainious clay (Laguna B-mix), and after being bisqued fired they were painted with a black underglaze and a blue glaze, and then soda-fired.
The hooks are hypoallergenic (I have very sensitive ears and have no problems wearing my pair for long periods of time). If you would like sterling silver hooks or any other specific material please convo me and I will see what I can do!
