The cloth is a medium weight worsted wool in a herringbone weave and a medium-dark gray color, lighter than charcoal.
The jacket is cut in a 1960s sack cut, with an undarted front, natural shoulder, three-button fastening rolled to the middle button, narrow lapels with swelled edges, lapped seams on the shoulder and back seams, hooked center vent, flapped hip pockets, two-button sleeve cuffs, and rayon half-lining.
The trousers are cut trim, with a flat front, high rise, and tapered leg with thick cuffed bottoms.
