LICENSE AGREEMENT
These files are to be considered a design tool rather than a final design product and are licensed to the purchaser's computer only.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- logo designs
- banner designs
- greetings cards, wrappers, invites, tags, calendars, catalogs, brochures for personal use and for sale, provided you do not print more than 2000 times each design containing these images
WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO
- redistribute the files in their original form. This means no distributing the products (as they are received) directly to consumers. Neither it is permitted to modify the files (color, size etc) and resell them;
- create design templates, collage sheets, clip art for resale, using these images. Whether on-line or not, including, without limitation, website templates, Flash templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, and brochure design templates; Creating digital files, papers, page layouts, etc. to be sold to another company for distribution;
- make posters and sell art prints of this work without obtaining the Extended License (contact me)
- suggest in any way that you created these images yourself. If you use the images for editorial purposes you have to include the following credit adjacent to the content: www.theinknest.com
- make copies of these files on any electronic or physical medium (including CDs, diskettes, or other storage medium) for reasons other than back-up purposes. Do not share these products with anyone. You are not allowed to sub-license, re-sell, lend, assign, gift the images;
- print a work containing these images in excess of 2000 times without obtaining an Extended License;
