These lovely vintage reproduction hummel figurines are made of ceramic and hand painted. They were made in the 1970s. Just look at those adorable faces. The artist was very good with her brush.
The boys is carrying a basket and the girl, a milk jug. At the boy's feet is a pig and a chicken is standing at the girl's feet.
These are in excellent condition for their age with no chips, cracks or crazing. They have a matte finish. The girl does have a mark on her face that needs cleaning. I will leave this up to the new owner.
Wouldn't you love to adopt the girl and boy figurines? They would look great displayed in a china cabinet or added to any vintage ceramic collection.
