The clouds in Ithaca, New York can be big, white and puffy. I painted this from a photo I took at the intersection of Green Street and Route 13, right by the Dunkin' Donuts. Stopped for a red light, I noticed the signs with arrows pointing all different ways. I was listening to alot of Bob Dylan then and couldn't remember "No Direction Home," and instead named this painting "No Way Home." Oh, well.
Painted on 20 x 20 inch stretched and gessoed canvas, this painting is a great depiction of white clouds against a blue sky.
