This collar and ribbon tie set is simply darling. The satin ribbon tie is interchangeable and attaches by velcro. The collar is adjustable at the back velcro closure between 9-10". Toki's neck measurement is actually 8, but he wears the collar low because of his long neck. If you need a different size, please convo me.

Toki wears the collar and ribbon tie set with a black felt beret, which is sold separately.
