SHIPPING:
We ship via Greyhound Package XPress. This is a terminal to terminal service only so you will be responsible for arranging for pickup of your piece/pieces at the station. Greyhound does have a courier service in some areas that you may set up (additional fees apply) if you need delivery to your home.
In order to ship, we must have the Greyhound station to which you would like your item(s) shipped. You can find your nearest Greyhound location via shipgreyhound.com. We must also have a contact number that Greyhound will use to notify you once your pieces have arrived.
If we don't receive this information from you, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping.
Our goal is to ship your pieces within 8 business days from purchase date. We can accommodate you if you need pieces held or if you need pieces rushed, but please contact us before purchase to confirm.
