This is something I have been making for ages. I take Sage from my garden dry it and crush it then layer it between layers of Celtic Grey Sea Salt for at least 3 weeks. This is wonderful for just about everything it is definitely one of my favorite flavors. Wonderful in that sausage gravy or just on a fried egg you won't believe what a difference it makes. A lovely addition to chicken or pork, etc..This is 2.5 oz by weight in a ziploc bag. It is shipped USPS regular mail.
