“Candi” is a fun and vibrant mini top hat to add to your Halloween clown costume, or makes a fun birthday hat. This turquoise glitter hat coordinates with the Pixie Candy Rainbow tutu and bustle tutu, and the standard Candy Rainbow tutu. The hat is hand glittered and sealed with clear gloss acrylic spray. A multicolored bow, feathers, orange ric rac trim and buttons adorn this fabulous hat.
The hat measures 5 inches wide by 2 inches tall and is held in place by a coordinating elastic headband. Color of feathers and buttons may vary based on availability.
