When I tried couscous, I had to make up as many recipes as I could. It is great with all kinds of veggies and a little salad dressing as well a warm addition to your meal. It's a fantastic herbalicious side dish especially with chicken or fish. Easy to make, takes five minutes to prepare and is extremely versatile in it's uses. Ingredients: Tri-colored couscous, onion flakes, lemon peel, garlic, parsley, basil, mint & turmeric. Makes about 4 servings. Net weight 8.0oz(226g)

FREE Recipe for: Lemon Herb Couscous

1 Package Souper Spices Lemon Herb Couscous
1 TB butter, margarine or olive oil
1 1/4 Cups water, vegetable or chicken broth

In saucepan, stir in broth oil or butter. Bring a boil. Remove from heat. Simply add entire package of couscous, give a quick stir and cover for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and salt and pepper to taste. This is delicious hot or cold! Try adding combinations of kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, capers or even feta cheese. Delicious!
