Such an adorable little cowgirl she will make!! This tutu costume ensemble is not only eye-catching, but also fun. The hours of play-time alone are priceless. This listing is for children with chest sizes up to 23" (measure along the top of the bustline) or approximately 4-5T depending upon child. The tutu is made from a ribbon waist. My tutus are very full with approximately 14 strands of tulle per inch. The red bandana is a gift with tutu and hat set purchase. To achieve the look in the photos, simply roll your bandad on the diagonal and simply tie in the back. Top will only fit children up to a 22-23" chest measurement.

**Hat & Fringe may vary slightly from the photo due to availability but will have the overall same affect.
