The print dimensions are 11" x 14"; the paper dimensions are 12" x 18".
This print can be a) cut down to fit an 11" x 14" frame, b) placed directly in a 12" x 18" frame or c) placed in a 16" x 20" frame with a standard sized white mat sold at your local craft store (recommended).
This item is carefully packed and banded in a 3 inch, heavy-duty tube mailer. See photo for packaging.
