Cape is doublesided satin with velcro closure for safety and ease of use for little ones. Mask is made from eco felt fused to satin with elastic strap securely sewn on. Cuffs are made from eco felt and satin and have small appliques . Length is 18 to 22 inches for our baby toddler cape and 29 to 30 inches for most kids 3 and up .
