An Organic Cotton Quilt
The one of a kind curvy edge design inspired the name of this quilt. The first spindrift was sewn up for my own little guy. It has been his favorite blanket to carry around the house and when we're out & about. It gets softer with each wash and has a very cozy feel to it. We hope it becomes a favorite at your house too :)
Your quilt will arrive beautifully wrapped in one of our hand-dyed play silks.
This lightweight quilt is sewn with 100% organic cotton fabric & batting. One side is a collection of forest animals and the other side is a coordinating brown floral print. It was a swedish art feel to it with the whimsical animals and deep hues.
The curvy edge of each Spindrift quilt is hand drawn, making each one unique. It is quilted with a meandering design reminiscent of the wandering sea. Whole cloth quilting is very durable and slightly puckered up with a lovely vintage look. This quilt will become an heirloom to last for generations.
It measures 31 x 38 inches. Perfectly sized for a baby and young children. It will also work beautifully in a crib as your wee babe will not be lost under the typical too large size of crib quilts.
Quilt care :: Machine wash on cold/warm and dry on low or hang to dry.
Please note ::I want your handmade to last, so I use only designer/high quality fabrics in my sewing.
