This pattern includes American-English instructions 5 different sizes, from newborn to adult.
The Catherine Textured Diamonds hat pattern comes with step-by-step written and photo instructions. Familiarity with the Front Post Double Crochet is helpful, although not required as instructions are available in the pattern. This is NOT a good beginner pattern!
To complete this hat, you need to be able to follow written instructions, be comfortable skipping stitches and picked them up again later, creating X's and working in multiple rows at once. Once you get the hang of this pattern, it is not to difficult though, and can be really fun! You will learn lots of new skills that can be used in other patterns too!
The last 3 pages of the pattern provide step-by-step photo instructions for each size.
