This quilted mug rug has been handcrafted using an original pattern of mine, and is a one of a kind piece. Each mug rug that I make is made using the best materials with the utmost attention to detail, and made to last. The approximate finished size of this mug rug is 5" x 11". Sandwiched between the front and back of the mug rug is a layer of cotton batting to protect your surface, the same used by quilters ... thus the mug rug is a miniature quilt for your drink and snack.
Each mug rug is packaged with gift giving in mind inside of a clear cello bag, wrapped in a coordinating cotton string. The beautiful presentation makes the mug rug the perfect gift ... pair it with a mug, or a package of your favorite drink (box of tea, pound of coffee, etc.), pop it into a gift bag, and you have a gift that is not only unique, but thoughtful ... after all, everyone has a drink and a snack at times! Each mug rug comes with a hand stamped and hand punched to and from gift tag for you to use if you like.

Colorway: Fruit Punch. The colors for this mug rug were inspired by the fruits that go into making fruit punch -- red grapes, green grapes, and sometimes other random fruits like raspberries or even blueberries. The colors on the front of the mug rug tie in perfectly with the backing fabric, and feature shades of hot pink, purple, blue and green.
Front: The front of this mug rug features a beautiful combination of designer quilting cottons in a "fruit punch" colorway . The patchwork design on the front is a stacked coins design that has been flipped on its side. This mug rug has been topstitched with decorative vertical lines between the different pieces of fabric, as well as 2 rows of topstitching that surround the entire mug rug.
Back: The back reverses to one large piece of cotton fabric by Joel Dewberry from his newest collection "Heirloom". It is a beautiful print with a blue background, and pretty florals in shades of purple, pink and green.
