Watch can be worn without the cuff if desired. To remove from the cuff simply slide watch and bands out. See picture 3.

Shipping insurance is available for $3.80 (US only) Please leave a note to seller at checkout letting me know if you want shipping insurance. Watches are shipped in a protective box with extra padding, but if the post office damages or loses your package the insurance will cover it.
