Charming print featuring little houses and other buildings including a tent, a palace and a Roman temple, on eco friendly organic cotton. I printed it by hand using printing blocks I designed and made myself. Kids love this design (well mine do anyway!) they love to talk about the different houses and which is their favourite. I originally conceived this design as a nursery or kid's pillow, but it would fit in anywhere really if you have a sense of fun and are young at heart.

This particular pillow is printed in white on an organic cotton crossweave fabric from India. Crossweaves are grainy and textural, this one is like a very faded denim in appearance.

The inks used in this print are water based and certified as safe for use in children's fabrics. They stand up very well to repeated washing, we recommend you turn the pillow inside out, wash at low temperatures and iron on reverse. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.

Small irregularities and imperfections are part of the charm of this printing technique, and ensure no two pillows will be the same.

The pillow cover has an envelope closure at the back.
It measures 16x16 inches or 40x40 cm.
We recommend washing on a delicate cycle for this item, it can be ironed on the reverse with a hot iron.
