Beautiful and delicious plums photographed with this bag come from the plum tree in my garden and were pollinated by our own clever little bees. We have two hives in our garden and thanks to them our harvests are bountiful.
These three buzzy bees have been inspired by the sweet little bees in our own garden beehives. The worrying plight of bees affects all of us and is a reminder to us that the earth is vulnerable and needs our care and attention. Our flora and fauna as well as one third of our diet depends the success on the humble little bee.
This medium sized bag has been screen printed by hand using non-toxic water based textile paint and is made of 100% unbleached cotton muslin. Suitable for produce or grains and pulses. The large sized ripstop nylon bags are more suitable for fine dry foods like flour.
