There is something so appealing about these etched-finish discs by Outwest (Etsy)--they feel like smooth stones, and the etching softens the colors just a bit, giving it a southwest feel. Here I've combined the disc focal with deerskin lacing in chestnut, and tiny seed beads that echo the pale yellow ring in the disc. Sterling silver springring clasp, lightly antiqued, and a few links of silver plated steel chain. The leather is held by silver plated pewter crimp ends.

The necklace measures 18.5" long, but can be easily lengthened. I can shorten it by about 3/4" as well by removing the chain links. Just convo me.
