A vintage ring from the collectible firm of Ostby and Barton. This is one of their later costume rings, dating to the 1940s or early1950s. The sterling silver band has delicate chevron chasing on the upper shank. The feature "stone" is a sage green pearl, most likely cultured due to the surface quality and color. The pearl is held in a high, solitaire style setting with decorative prongs. It is drilled at the base with a tiny screw. The ring is in excellent condition.
