Our Steel Planters are made from hot rolled steel and thus will have varying patterns of colors and heat marks that make our planters unique. This dark gray color called mill scale will gradually change to a deep brown natural rust color. The length of this process will vary depending on the climate where the planters are installed. As a result of this process, the planters can cause staining to light color surrounding surfaces such as concrete, decks, etc. We do not recommend our planter to be installed in harsh coastal environments.
Austin Outdoor Studio, LLC wants you to feel confident with your purchase. We stand behind our products by offering a warranty that covers quality workmanship, materials, and against defects in production for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. We do not cover any cases of misuse or intentional destructive use of our products. Should you have a problem that is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges both to and from our facility.
