This party hat will be a great keepsake! Made of 100% cotton, fun fur trim & pom pom, elastic strap, and lined with card-stock for sturdiness.Hat is one size for all but please note size of elastic in notes to seller section. Suggested sized are as follows:

0-3 Months - 14"
3-6 Months - 14.5"-16"
6-12 Months - 16"-17.5"
12-24 Months - 18"-19"
2T-4T - 19"-20"
5T-Preteen - 20"-21"
