This beautiful bead is made with silver laden glass which when manipulated in the flame correctly has amazing depth and shimmer. It is laid upon a background glass of opal yellow which really doesn't look yellow but is more of an ivory with antiqued type tones appearing when it's worked. Then I added goldstone to frame the silvered glass and twisted it to add movement and rhythm.
The bead measures 38 mm wide and 30mm tall (hole to hole) It is a lentilcular shape with a flat back. The hole is large enough for 16 g silver for wiring for a pendant.
it is kiln annealed for durability and guaranteed for workmanship.
